How do I delete my account?

Open Grido → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes all your data from our servers, including progress, Brain Map and leaderboard entries. Can't be undone.

Lost my progress after reinstalling.

Progress only syncs when you're signed in. Sign in with the same account and your streak, levels and Brain Map will come back. If something's still missing, email us with your account address.

Charged but didn't get Pro or coins.

Restart Grido first — most purchases reconcile within a minute. If not: Settings → Grido Pro → Restore Purchases. Still nothing? Email support@grido.online with your receipt ID.

How do I cancel Grido Pro?

Apple or Google handle subscriptions. iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Grido. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Solo crosswords, the Daily Puzzle and Story Mode all work offline. Duels, tournaments and leaderboards need a connection.

Which languages are supported?

English, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Italian. Polish players also get Newspaper Mode.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@grido.online with your device model, OS version and a short description. Screenshots help a lot.
