Privacy Policy
Last updated · April 2026
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
- § 01
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email and display name. During gameplay we store progress, scores, achievements, streaks and leaderboard rankings. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (levels played, features used) and device info (OS version, device model) to improve the app.
- § 02
Third-party services
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, analytics and crash reporting. Google AdMob serves personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent. In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see payment details. These services collect data per their own privacy policies.
- § 03
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and stored on secure servers. Access to personal data is limited to authorized services. We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete it anytime from the app.
- § 04
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable laws, you can access, correct, export or delete your data. Delete your account and all data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. For other rights, email support@grido.online.
- § 05
Children's privacy
Grido is suitable for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental consent. If you think a child has submitted data without consent, email us — we'll delete it quickly.
- § 06
Policy changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
